Seamless from start to finish. From John the sales manager initially, it was just three weeks to collection of new vehicle. Michael Bradshaw, sales agent was well informed, helpful and all paperwork was completed with quiet efficiency.

The staff are brilliant, thorough and patient when I ask loads of questions. The video and advice you get from the vehicle check is really useful and charges are always explained properly. Chloe and Megan on the customer service team are so helpful.

Health check it's self was very good and the video sent by the mechanic was very informative but I was told I would receive a call to let me know when it is finished which I never received so I had to phone in and at first the women didn't know.

The repairs appear to be satisfactory. However they had booked me in at the wrong time. My car was as I left it parked two hours later. Health check did not show the problems that the car was in for.

After 5 days the replacement steering wheel / module developed a fault. None of the controls on the steering wheel are responding. In addition the outside temperature gauge does not show the correct temperature (-20 deg vs +12 deg). A/c also affected
